Welcome To Boing - The Service Response Centre
We provide a 24/7, 365-days-a year rapid response service to assist in a wide range of emergency situations that are not appropriate for a 999 call-out. These range from lost keys, burst pipes and broken or unsecured windows and locks, to management of routine property maintenance and compliance checks.

Boing works with police forces across the UK, as well as a growing number of authorities, charities and private landlords, all of which already transfer these calls for assistance to our Boing Service Response Centre - and the public can also call us at anytime on 0845 0678 999 (calls charged at local rate).

We assess the nature of each request and then call-out a trusted and registered contractor from our comprehensive database of plumbers, electricians, boarding and glazing specialists and locksmiths, following through with an aftercare service to check that all is well.

We also have a proven track record as Keyholding systems specialists, and work in partnership with a number of constabularies, holding the Keyholder Registers for their areas. These securely-held details of who has the keys to a premises enables the emergency services to gain faster access when trouble strikes, preventing further damage, potentially saving lives and giving owners and residents peace-of-mind.
